Last updated: October 21, 2026

Important Notice

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE DID I TAKE IT? APPLICATION. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THIS APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Did I Take It? mobile application ("App") developed and operated by ForgeApp Studio LLC ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Medical Disclaimer

THE DID I TAKE IT? APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

Specifically:

  • The App is a personal organizational tool only, designed to help users track their own medication intake.
  • The App does not replace the advice, guidance, or supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
  • You should always consult your physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding your medications, dosages, schedules, and any medical decisions.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in or experienced through this App.
  • The Developer assumes no responsibility for any harm, injury, illness, or death resulting from your use of or reliance on this App.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 OR YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER IMMEDIATELY.

3. No Liability for Missed Medications

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The App relies on device notifications and local storage, which may not function correctly in all circumstances, including but not limited to device power-off, notification settings, software updates, or device malfunctions.
  • The Developer is not responsible for any missed medications, incorrect dosages, or other medication errors that occur regardless of whether you use or do not use this App.
  • You are solely responsible for managing your own medication schedule. The App is a supplemental reminder tool only.
  • The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your reliance on this App to manage your medications.

4. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App.

6. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Refunds

Access to the App, or to certain features of the App, requires an active subscription to Did I Take It? Premium ("Subscription"). The price, billing period, and any free trial are shown in the App and on the App Store before you subscribe, and may vary by country or region.

  • Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase or, if you start a free trial, when the free trial ends.
  • Automatic renewal. Your Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your Subscription. If you cancel, your Subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Free trials. Free trials are available only to eligible users, as determined by Apple. Any unused portion of a free trial ends when you purchase a Subscription.
  • Price changes. We may change the price of the Subscription. Price changes are handled through the App Store, and Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before a new price applies to your Subscription.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. The Developer does not process payments or issue refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Data and Privacy

The information you enter into the App, including medication names, dosage information, reminder times, notes, and usage history, is stored on your device. The Developer does not receive or have access to this information. If iCloud Backup is turned on for your device, this information is included in your device backup, which is managed by Apple.

If you start a free trial or subscribe, limited purchase information is processed by Apple and by RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. This information does not include your medications or any health information. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Reports You Share

The App can create medication reports that you choose to share with others, such as your doctor, family, or caregiver. Reports are created on your device from the information you entered and are sent only when you choose to share them, to the recipients you choose. You are responsible for reviewing a report before sharing it and for choosing who receives it. The Developer does not receive copies of your reports and is not responsible for how recipients use them.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including Apple (for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, notifications, and iCloud Backup), RevenueCat (for subscription management), and your device's own Messages, Mail, sharing, and phone features. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Developer does not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Any notifications will be delivered on time or at all.
  • The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.
  • Any defects in the App will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App.
  • Any missed medications or medication errors.
  • Any unauthorized access to your device or to the information stored on it.
  • Any interruption or cessation of the App's functionality.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP AND ANY SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Developer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.

14. Termination

The Developer may terminate or suspend your license to use the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that the Developer believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Developer, or third parties, or for any other reason at the Developer's sole discretion.

15. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you and the Developer acknowledge and agree that:

  • These Terms are between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
  • If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App, if any, to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
  • The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.
  • If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
  • You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
